The Controversial First Album Cover

It's hard to believe in this time that we live in where media censorship is nearly non-existent, that something as basic as a toilet could have been considered too controversial to have on an album cover. Indeed, the sight of John, Cass, Michelle and Denny sitting in a tub together raised a few eyebrows by itself, but it was the toilet seat shown in the corner of the album that was objected to the most. Because of this censorship, many album covers were made for the first album If You Can Believe Your Eyes and Ears. It's going to take some time to track them down, but I know there's at least four different album covers, maybe more, for the Mama's and the Papa's first record.
